Rang the bank they put me through to fraud,was on hold ringing for 10 minutes, non the wiser,terrible service from the fraud department at the BOS bank of scotland,but what do you expect from these. SO CANT SAY IF FRAUD OR GENUINE AS BANK NEVER ANSWERED CALL - TIME TO GO ELSEWHERE IF THEY DONT ANSWER THE CALL ON FRAUD WHAT CHANCE HAS THE CUSTOMER GOT

They claim to be a government backed scheme to help people out of debt.... yet another scam taking advantage of generally young and vulnerable people who have made past mistakes. I spoke to them and pulled them up on their so called backing, couldn't provide anything other than a jumped up wanna be trying to tell me that they are!

I personally found them misleading people (to make them join of course) by giving them falls/incomplete information. I bought their voucher for Diploma in Photoshop, it was £16.00 for the course. After I joined the course, at the end they asked me to pay a

I’ve said I’m not interested in the product but they’ve been calling since last year. I’m in the process of blocking all the different numbers.

SCAM - This number called me this morning claiming to be from the NSA. He waffled on saying about my national insurance number has been used to all sorts of different crime (LOL). Be careful because they are using other numbers starting with 07736 239421 -This was another number, but I had missed the call.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20363008xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, accident claims, boiler schemes, insurance marketing, "you win a voucher.." - wide scope :), pure telemarketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
