It s a company called Boost energy. I rang the no to check, but didn t engage. They have rung everyday for over 3 weeks now, leaving silences on my answermachine. I won t answer, so expected them to give up, but they don t I m on Telephone preference for a reason! I find this really harrassing.

A spam. Suggested that my British Telecom landline was about to be disconnected and I was to choose option one to pay or two to disconnect. I don't have a contract with BT.
very suspicious it is a scam. Attempting to take my money from my HSBC account, given One time code also.
Called and hung up within 3 seconds. I couldn't answer the call. They didn't call back. No results on Google so I have no idea who it was.
this number rings us daily, every time you answer theres silence then a loud "BEEAAARR" sound and the line goes dead. we are in dorking and 01306 is our local code, presume some spammer/scammer/marketer spoofing the number, or calling from a VOIP number, hoping we d be more likely to answer a local code call. Sigma Advice company - recorded message asking if you have been involved in a car accident that wasn t your fault.
Insulation 5 or 6 calls all from 'your local energy advisor' even though we are fully insulated. Ah yes says he, but that's not the right sort of insulation! Put the phone down, but the calls keep coming. Very irritating. And we are ex-directory!
Same as above message - sounds like an office in the background then hangs up.

Like the others computer is running slow. When i asked how he knows this he replied through the microsoft server. I told him it was a company lap top so he would have to scam them. Reply he would scam them for £2000 instead of scaming me £200. Good luck with that.

I was called by this number and was offered a 30% discount on the next bill. They had my email address and they asked me to give them 1 time pass code. However when the conversation continued and I was asked the security sensitive questions I refused to answer Definitely a scam!
