I received a call from this number this morning. The caller had my name. When I asked who was calling, the man stated that it was Direct Claims Group regarding the minor accident I'd had. I replied that 'You must mean the minor accident that I haven't had!' and told him to get off the line. When I checked Companies House records, there were two companies called 'Direct Claims Group'. One was dissolved in 2018 and the other in 2019. So the call was definitely annoying and probably suspicious.
Called me just there at around 8pm and the exact words I heard were "eyelashes on looking all pretty" then they hung up. WTF?
First they called tried to confirm that the were speaking to the person they were calling for. Annoyingly they would read back my address. Then they would ask if they could do a short survey. another time they have an Indian accent and sometimes they have an English accent. Sometimes Indian man. The English accent one wanted to know if there was central heating in the house. she went straight into the question despite me telling her she had the wrong name and number. These people are a bunch of croc
If anybody gets a call from this number, answer it! Each time they have called it has been Coral and they have given me a £50 free bet each time.

This people are south Asian (their tone is Indian like),They told they are are from Carphone warehouse. when i asked for email and they send me an email from : <[email protected]> which clearly states it is scam. Because if you see the domain name of the email, it is clear that its not carphonewarehouse. Silent call. Called twice in 2 minutes. Upon searching who called me I discovered that its a Moscow number. I don't know any one in Russia

L.O.L. Only connection i have with China is my smart phone was made and originated from there...

Some called offering to get rid of cold call, automated calls basically every type of call you don t want. For a small fee of ?1.90 per month, they would provide a box to stop the calls. Is it me or shouldn t BT be doing this for free
