It says this is Clearanswer, a marketing company and one of BTs partners.....comments from the general public seem to suggest otherwise. A very foreign voice suggested my BT contract was coming to an end. I don’t discuss new contracts with a cold caller. When I said it wasn’t due to be renegotiated she hung up...not the sort of thing a genuine person would do.

The pains of being ripped off by these heartless scammers who pose as binary investment company , mine started with a female investor who I became close friends with in a few months after we started chatting , she was nice and the sweetest person to talk to , she talked me into investing she sweet talked me into trusting her and the said company and investing a wholesome amount into this company .By the time It dawned on me that all this was a trick and a scheme to get in my pocket I already lost over $500

Amazon scam from Asian call centre. Supposed fraudulent transaction on my Amazon account. Asked me to give six number code sent to me in SMS from Amazon - This was my two step verification code to change my password. All they need to get this sent to you is your Amazon account linked phone number. I did of course refuse.

Someone from this number called my sister at approx 13.05 today. My sister is undergoing extensive jaw rebuilding procedures after having mouth cancer and cannot speak properly. The male caller said to her "you can't talk properly, is it because you have a cock in your mouth"!!!! My sister put the phone down and has been crying ever since. Recorded message to say that I need to verify 2 payments (oress 1,2 or 3). Interestingly it stated my VISA card. I would not expect a call from Russia about card payments, so it must be a scam! Put phone down.

Awaiting callback from my GP when this call came. Male caller talked about a free medical emergency pendant, but implied that there was a paid membership. It increasingly sounded like a sales call and I couldn't really see how this related to my medical issue. He asked about my willingness to give a testimonial, talking about medical response times, peace of mind for family - I was becoming further mystified as to why I was being called. Suspicious.

This number is clearly a scam stating taxes are owed & legal proceedings will be started. 1. The terminology (& robotic voice) is American. 2. HMRC will never phone you. They will message you to go to your on-line account.
scam alert!!!! will offer upgrade on EE phone no new contract blah blah, you'll get a new phone and a contract set up in your name. Gullible persons will send the new phone to a wrong address and EE will chase you for the handset! This is how the scam works. Report and block
