Not sure if it is a scam, but concerned they knew my name, and what domestic appliances I have. No one else seems to have searched for it (the other search with no review was still me). I'm not completely sure. But this number doesn't appear anywhere on Google (while other legit places' number appear with the source). It feels very untrustworthy. The call on itself was strange. A machine voice said that a letter was returned, and that legal actions will be implemented. It didn't explain why would the return of said letter would require legal actions nor the content of the letter. Very iffy.

I don't know who called as I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message on my answerphone. I never answer calls from unknown numbers as they're usually either a scam or trying to sell me something I don't want. If it's an important call and they really need to speak to me then they would probably leave a message. I live Manchester area and there's no reason for anyone from London area to contact me.

Accident Calling from "the insurance company" when I asked him which one he just said about the accident I'd had. I asked which accident, as I've had a lot recently (I haven't needless to say) to which he replied the minor bump in the car. When I told I'd had a few of those in the last couple of months and I was worried that they were going to take my licence off me, but I didn't think it was my fault, even though they all said it was .... then the line suddenly went very quiet. :-)
