Number called and said they were from Albany Insurance relating to my motor collision. Scam!

Constantly rings day and night, only a bleeping sound when you pick up.

Keep getting calls from Daryl asking to speak to a director about a sensitive financial matter despite having been told to get lost.

Claimed to be from BT calling about faults showing on our broadband, sounded dodgy to me.

Just received a call from this number but no answer. Fed up with all these scam numbers they are a waste of my time.

They called up asking if I had recently been involved in a car crash. It sounded similar to that scam that makes you say yes and then uses your recording to claim that you agreed to some contract or scam your credit card or something. They said the name very quickly at the beginning of the call. They quickly said that they will take my number off of their database and then they hung up. On answering refused to provide company name and address, was also decline employees name. Then the phone was put down by the firm that called on me. I only sourced this number due to some detective work. Avoid this company. Disrepectful scum

PPI claims company. I have never taken out a loan or a mortgage in my life so there is no way I could have a claim but they ring me twice a day regardless. Blocked now.

They hung up without speaking a few seconds after I answered. I suspect an insurance scam after reading comments on here coupled with an attempted fraud on my insurance a few years ago. They are based in Manchester where my broker is and I live in the south. Draw your own conclusions.

Just had the call now. Sadly I didn't have the time to carry on to see it through but ultimately (like the last time I got a similar call) you get told to go to a free webs...

When you answer your phone and if it s a number you don t recognise, DON T SPEAK JUST LISTEN! Wait for the caller to speak first and then decide whether to simply put the phone down. If it s a recorded message, it ll nearly always be a scam or a computer dialling a batch of numbers in sequence and trying to assertain if the number they have just dialled is a voice line. i.e. a private phone number. If the system recognises a voice line then that number will be added to a list for their agent to call you bac
