had a text supposedly from Apple pay to say my card had been suspended and to follow a link. Tried the just to see where it would take me and got a dangerous attempt at a scam message on my phone. This is what i thought as mty card seems ok. Beware of this number

SCAM called wanted to talk about my Virgin Media broadband which was about to be disconnected. When I told him that I don’t have service from Virgin Media and suspected a scam call he got abusive.

The number = 01709889223, this number phoned me today (at 13:08 on 1st March 2022) and the caller stated they were from BT OUTBOUND ringing about my telephone. They were indian, male and middle aged, they identified themselves as John Martin. I am ex-directory and my phone is registered with the telephone preference service to block sales calls and unwanted calls. I checked online and the number was listed as Indian and Rotherham based. Cold call selling property maintenance. Accent didn't match STD Code, always a clue, if you know what I mean.

SCAM crpto currancy scam same person also used 01644710099 with in mins of calling from 01424231380. two differant area codes miles apart .dont know how that works.but others have also used these numbers, so guessing it a large group of pro scammers.

This is providing HMRC scams within the United Kingdom, saying that a person has been registered for tax fraud and will be sued or things of that nature. If you receive this call, DO NOT speak to them, hang up the phone!

This was an automated call about a charge for Amazon Prime membership that had expired. I don't currently have an Amazon Prime membership, so this was almost certainly a scam call.

A SCAM!!! A guy called "Richard" presented himself as someone working for the "gradjobsuk" website and he interviewed me for a job (that I dont even remember ever applying for) and tried to persuade me to buy a course towards a qualification. The whole website is a scam, their jobs are made up and all they do is make graduates buy courses and then stop calling them. Its a total scam, just hang up and dont trust them!

01425402443 Has got to be scammers. Number unknown to me. Called my landline today. Pre-recorded message with Female american voice. Said that my Bank card had been used twice today and if it was not me gave me the stale ring 1 or ring 2 options. Have not called them back and have no intention of doing so. Beware are SCAMMERS after Bank details.

SCAM robo call saying there had been possible fraudulent activity on my bank account. When I questioned them they refused to say what bank it was and got angry. So I called them out as the scammer they are. According to the scammer all UK people are idiots. I reported it to action fraud.
