Claimed to be not selling,asking about satisfaction with accident claim in last two and a half years, unable to give accident details or name of company claimed through but had some personal details. Spam/phishing call be very careful!!!
Claiming to be from Microsoft to say they have detected hacking on a computer, which is not switched on (not plugged in to a power supply). He threaten to cancel the Microsoft Licence Number saying - that Microsoft would not support the product and the computer could no longer be used!
This caller knew my name (but not my correct surname- so not bonafide) and claimed that they had my information because I had been involved in an accident and they were handling the claim. I have not. And when I told the man this, he changed the tack and claimed that someone else had given me as as a contact for their own claim. Nonsense. No one would have done that, or know to do that (the mobile number is not readily available). Three hours later they rang again and, when I answered, hung up. H

These guys called me just 10 minutes ago, as soon as I realized they were telemarketers I told them to stop calling me. They then started going on an angry rant full of swear words and curses. Needless to say all professionalism was dropped within 10 seconds of calling me. I should add that I didn t get what the company was called because he was mid-rant.
