Got a call from this number on my mobile. Said I d been in an accident. No I haven t. I reckon they just dial numbers at random. I say this because only my family know my mobile number and I won t give it out to ANYONE else. Just received a phone call from them asking to verify the second part of the address and then demanded to pay the bill now as we may get charged if we keep delaying it. once I told them that I will pay the bill tomorrow they kept demanding me to pay it now. This number belongs to a Savings and investment company. Was very bad reception on the call but the company name started with the word Scottish. I couldn t make out the rest.

Sounds like a call centre of some description. Asked the caller to ring me back when there wasn't 3 or 4 other people talking louder than him sounding like they're sat...

Man with Indian accent. Said his name was Jerry. Called me Mrs [first initial of my oh s first name + his surname] which anyone can look up in the phonebook. Asked me if I was this person. I didn t tell him. Said he was from the Telephone Preference Service (TPS). I just pressed the red button.
