I had the same problem, I kept phoning and this morning I was told the money would be in my account on the 1609 A couple of hours later the money was back in my account. Take note of the name of the person you spoke to and ask for everything discussed is put into an email. That s what I did. Good luck.

abusive, about a car accident claim. This call center calls me up to 5 times a day from different numbers. I have asked to be removed from their lists and said no many times. They laugh and say i will just keep calling you. Awful. The same person keeps calling me from different numbers and taunting me.
