They are calling our telephone number in excess of 10 times a day -each time using a different tel number. East time we receive a call we ask that our number is removed from their calling list but they refuse to remove it. We have made it very clear that we don t want their calls. I got about £26 of charges stacked up because I ignored the messages as they seemed like spam until I saw my phone bill... Then rang EE but they apparently can't give me a refund, but they at least have stopped more from coming through.. rang the number and they apparently have referred me to another team to get a refund but i dont believe it...
SCAM / SPAM A new Amazon Prime scam call today. 8 days ago we had the same type of call (01203482996 that time) using the same robotic female (possibly Philipino) voice BUT this week the "cost" had almost trebled, they were apparently going to debit £99.99 from our bank account ....... Unless, of course, we pressed button 1 to speak to someone at Amazon. I think this is an attempt to scare those who didn't react to the last threat £39.99) into trying to speak to these evil people.
