They call me from this number and I don't pick up because I am from Tenerife and I have no family, no friends and no business in the UK. I am sure it is a scam, be very careful. Claimed to be from M&S with good news. Wanted to check my name and age. Hung up when I refused to cooperate. Suspect identity theft/scam.

SCAM Some foreign (Indian as usual) scammer phoned and asked Mr (me by name) I answered yes and they said they were (English name, obviously made up and theirs for the day) and from Life Insurance. Then asked how I was doing and when I replied they just hung up. HOW RUDE! Pity really, as I pride myself on keeping them on the line as long as I can.
