First issue I had with this is I don t or never have banked with Santander.vso I sourced the local branch number to enquire if someone had opened an account in my name or if there were any fraudulent activity regarding my name number. SCAM / SPAM This automated caller has rang a few times recently telling me my internet connection has been hacked and asks me to press digit no.1 on my house phone to help sort out the problem, of course i won't do this never have, its a scam call. My answer phone usually picks up these calls anyway. Pressing digit 1 on your phone can invite them to use your phone line or put you on a high call rate charge which you will have to pay. So do not follow their instructions !

Call from "CCN" apparently my details passed by MIB. Could not answer how or why my details were passed nor what the alleged "incident" related to or when it supposedly occurred. When I repeatedly asked for clarification, and said that if they could not answer my questions they should remove my details and never contact me again, they hung up.
