Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! I was rudely spoken to when I was understandably annoyed and the person on the other end of the phone even rang my phone back just to get me to pass the phone to the collector with me, to ask him to leave as they weren t offeri

Tried to sell me loft insulation, told he I ve got recently on a grant. Then went onto cavity wall insulation,, can t have that done, not got proper cavity walls. Then tried to sell me external cladding insulation. Told her to sod off and I would be reporting the call as a nuisance. She then went on to try and sell me a new gas boiler.

Heavy foreign accent. Knew my name and postcode. Asked me to confirm these. Nope... because that establishes a link with my phone number.

This number called me unexpectedly today, I had not been in contact with this company before. I picked up and said Hello? several times and no one talked. In the background, there was a lot of noise from what sounded like a call centre. Definitely marketing call or likewise.

They pretended they were from the Lloyds bank fraud department and they said somebody used my card and they need to block my account. Because I had a issue with my account befor...

Very official sounding assets and collections they where investigating me for fraud, I declined to give any details about myself, advised I would receive a letter, I rung the number back and enquired who they where and who they where collecting on behalf of, not so aggressive when you ring them! Rather nasty scare tactics, I have reported it to debt collection charities.
