call me today said they was calling from credit counciling bureau, I said " no thanks, bye

This number keeps calling my elderly mother pretending its about a loan she had. They keep providing her with info like date of birth, asking her to confirm expecting her to provide the correct one. When I ring this number it says it is an old number. My 11 year old was with her when they last called and he said they were very pushy and kept asking her to confirm bank details.

Company talking about government (i.e. taxpayer!) grants first called me ten months ago. Their website is www.esiscotland.co.uk/ Reported to TPS and ICO. Just had another call from this number today - ESI Scotland again. What are the TPS and ICO playing at? They should be hammering these lawbreakers. I will be asking qustions of the TPS and ICO.

I called this number back after a missed call from them. The automated system attendant stated "Thank you for calling Plan International". This is a charity organisation for children that I recently subscribed to (2 staff members approached my home) for monthly donations, thus not a rogue caller (for me anyway)

Foreign call centre refuse to remove me from their database and laughed at my request. Told me I must answer all their questions first and called me back 20x in 10 mins as I kept on ganging up. Total fruit cakes!

Name of company was something or other polls. Caller had a heavy Asian accent and I think he has called many times before for different companies. Said he wanted to ask me only four questions about my use of brands but his first question was to confirm my address, at which point I hung up.

I checked with Virgin after readin Peters comments and they told me it was not a premium rate call .. it was a local rate .. I had a county court bailiff attend my premises and this telephone number was also on the paperwork I was given !! :(

Just received a call from an Indian sounding chap called Charles . Asked me to confirm if I was receiving a high volume of telemarketing calls, and that he could help. Gave me the 0845 number, and told me to call for a box to plug in to the phone for ?1 something per month.
