I joined vanquis a few months ago, I had no idea how vile the company actually is! I paid 70 pound last month and my minimum payment of 15 pound and I have had 10 calls in the past 3 days. They are sneaky though using up to 7 different numbers. Bare in mind my job salary is only 450 a month and I live in my own house so 70 pound is a huge amount for me to pay. I hope this company fails. It ll cause a lot less problem for me in the long run.

Some foreign sounding woman asking what my experience was in the financial sector...asked for their company name..didn`t respond..hung up.

Phoned today "from EE to discuss my broadband"....but is definitely NOT Orange/EE(have checked with them), so just put the phone down if this number calls you!

Tried to tell me I was paying too much for my sky repair policy because I was paying ??. Wrong amount, wrong name of of product, didn t even know what equipment I had. Total scam.

Keep receiving calls from this number. What's weird is when they ring it comes up with an Eastbourne number, but when I get the text through saying I have a missed call the...

Is this a scam

Missed call, called back to find it these people asking me to do a household survey. I asked them to remove my number, they said would be done in 24-48hrs, I reminded them that they should temove it immediately (they do a call one day they sell the numbers on the next), they repeated their timeline so I reminded them of the law.

Purported to be HSBC querying a payment. I don t believe it for one moment as I do not have an HSBC account or card!

Received an unexpected text saying "Please send me a text". I suspect it's a scammer trying to see who'll respond.

I have called them back just to see how they answer and it is 1st stop loans. I am surprised they are calling me considering I am on an IVA and they are not allowed to contact me!

As others, I have received numerous calls from this number, twice messages have been left from an obviously recorded/robotic voice pertaining to be an HMRC Officer - first time from Bristol, second from London. Threatening action but without saying what for. Ignore the message and block the number.

I answer phone screaming in pain, man ask me if I have accident in last 3 month, I scream "Yes!" He say I may have claim, and ask when I have accident? I scream "when running for phone! I slip, I fell, I ouch!" He say claim exclude last 3 minute. I cry. Then weird man ask if I want sky? I scream "I looky at sky, my legs die when fall answering phone for claim no happen." Freaky man ask if I want new boiler for free!!! Well, I say ok.. He then say £10 for 1st month, £80 2nd month, then breakdown cover £5678
