I was waiting for a call when this one came through. I never answer, just keep silent, as they are not suppose to speak until you speak, so the line was quiet, until some boy started shouting hello. Straight away I knew from his tone that he was a call centre caller so I kept quiet. He then shouted "oh, how childish, answering the phone and not speaking!!"
