Call every day and can t even say the name of the company properly. Total scam and my professional at all

Guy introduce himself saying he was contacting me as i was on a list to receive a refund due to bank charges. He asked me lots of questions about who ive had loans from and who ive had credit cards with. I said im sorry this doesn t sound right to me...he got very irritated and told me to check the number it is a recognized BT number at a registered address. I was told to f... off when I said I had no knowledge of the accident that he had a report about.

Rang my elderly hard of hearing mother who heard the word accident and just panicked. Rang me in an awful state. These frauds should be prosecuted for harassment.

Claimed to be from BT and said did we know our hub needed updating and would need daily adjustment...sounded like a caller from India.

called 9ish today. No one spoke so I put the phone down . A very unusual number.

So annoying! Since 5th of November they called me 13 times, sometimes 2-3 times a day about car accident I had...but the problem is - I didn t have any! Don t even have driving licence and go everywhere by walk/bus/train!!!
