Foreign sounding male Called 14:27 on 05-01-2023 Claiming to have good news for me from Marks & Spencer but first wanted to confirm name, address and my age. Caller hung up when I failed to cooperate fully. Caller's presentation/delivery was similar to previously received obvious phishing calls.
SCAM 01967 401277 ranf 2 days in a row at around 10am. No one answers, but you can here something going on in the background, like in the call centres atht have multiple hones on dial at once. I hung up straight away and blocked the number. Possible HMRC scam.

Silent call. Called me at 9:10 on a Saturday morning. I answered the call but it was silent and they hung up. It's likely automated 'robot' calls to test whether a phone number is in use/active.

Called my mobile while I was driving. Although I have hands-free I did not answer because it was an unrecognised number. Once home I looked it up on several sites; on other sites other people have left reports of a scam, fake calls purporting to be Virgin Media etc. I have blocked the number.

Indian male called Alex purporting to be from BT telling me I had a problem with my internet and they were getting urgent error signals. I knew it was a hoax call, had them before, so asked him twice what the signals were and he put the phone down. This company is suposed to be a Management Property Company.(alas I didn't catch the name) They phoned today theBank Holiday for our Queens Funeral which I was watching. When I rang it back (02045 385857) it rang & rang. but no reply. It was not a normal ring for the UK but a ring for abroad. This made me think it was the middle of the night somewhere. The lady I spoke to was called ANN............The whole world knew what was happening in the UK . Disgusting.........
