Brian from BT Openreach (with an Indian accent). Told me that my router was sending a problem message and they would need to do some work on the line today. I told him that the router was working perfectly and asked why he was calling me when I wasn't even with BT, at which point he said "get lost ma'am.
DO NOT ANSWER - it is another ASIAN SCAM; they want personal details, bank card, Sky a/c and DD details, all under the guise of a survey. Very dangerous

It is now possible to make calls from another number look as though the call is coming from somewhere totally different, for example a call made from a Glasgow number can seem to come from London. Called to discuss an accident I had. Asked them for the details and they said they were calling to get the information from me to match their records and asked had I had an accident or not. Asked 5 times for them to confirm the details of the accident they had on file and they hung up.
