Missed call Rang for a long time did not recognise the number so checked here first, glad I did. I guessed it was dodgy call looks like I was right.
Text message stating it was Octopus Energy. But I have an account and they normally contact via email. So I don’t trust it.
This claims to be from Facebook but it was just a number and the location is Manchester/Burnley - this is not how FB normally sends 2 Factor ID. Is it a scam number?

Fraud On Caller Display, this number looked like a London exchange. On answering, I got a recorded message saying it was something to do with bank security, followed by a message that was intended to frighten. I hung up, and have blocked the number. 07956 885146. Suspicious number. Junk mail call - UK. Just had an obviously fraudulent phishing call from this number, a lady with an Indian accent claiming to be from Microsoft and ringing "about the computer". She hung up on the second time that I asked what the call was about.

I answered a call from this number, and heard a male at the other end of the line with the sound of other people in the room. He didn’t answer immediately, and after a short while asked if I could hear him, to which I, possibly foolishly replied “Yeah, yeah”. The phone was not put down at his end, but there was no reply when I tried to communicate at which point I ended the call.
Call several times, over two day. Answer service activated with no message left just the sound of a call handling agency. Reason to believe call is not legit.
