A cold call. Caller said that I had a problem with my internet for 3 weeks and his engineers were fixing the problem. Caller did not use my name or the name of my internet provider. Caller did not answer any of my questions but carried on reading from his script. I am sure that this was some sort of SCAM attempt. As usual I did not give the caller any information that would identify me or any account that I may have.

SPAM Although this call comes up as being from Southampton; it is not. Both my husband and I have had this call several times. On examination, the very nice lady called Jenny said she was calling from South East Asia. Believe this to be a scam. They will hang up and leave no message. Several minutes later you will recieve a SMS to say you have a voicemail and to call 22299. This is not my normal voicemail number they have no message.

Think the name was "Aurora IT Solutions" or "Corona". Unwanted call offering vague 'help' with company phones and IT. Said we'd need to fill out forms and post back in order to be removed from their calling list. Don't talk such rubbish down the phone, and kindly stop cold-calling us immediately.

After picking up the call, a recorded message to let us know the call is recorded played. Once over the line was dropped from their end. A call from "Go Pro services" was expected, perhaps this was a Go Pro service agent? The result of poor training perhaps?

Number rang me, when I answered it then started ringing. Essentially very likely SPAM that is mass calling numbers and then connecting you with an operator if you answer. I didn't hold on to find out. Some cheek, SPAMing me the getting me to wait for an agent..
This evening while I was at home I received the following text from 07719055214. “Simon attempted to deIiver your parcel today but no one was home. To reschedule a new deIivery date, visit: https://fedex-gb.com” This is a fake email address. The real Fedex website is https://www.fedex.com/en-gb/home.html The people sending texts from this number are Scammers committing Fraud.
