I suggested that this response wasn t very articulate and his lack if intelligence may be the root of his problems. This provoked even more anger. This was Durham County Council, they were trying to arrange a visit to come out and see me about a "query" on my housing benefit claim.
Calling 5 or 6 times per week I gives one the chance to be removed from their list but could be a scam.

I informed them a complaint will be submitted for their harrassment, I have also sent a letter to the BBC Panorama. programme who are investigating companies under various names.
