Been called four times today and a few times throughout the last week. I selected option 1 to rectify fault (the recording claims BT are going to disconnect my broadband) the call went through to an ethnic accented lady who claimed she was working for BT, when she started asking which equipment I use, I queried it. Sounds like an alternate version of the Microsoft scam. I said I don't have broadband with BT, she hung up. Definitely a scam/phishing operation. Number will be blocked now.

I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Have missed calls from them on my mobile, was trying to dig some info on the internet before calling them back, but found nothing, no luck. Garbled message to do with BT Internet at around 13.12. I don't have BT Internet so suspect a SCAM call. Five minutes prior to that I checked to see if I'd had any messages.....caller did not leave their number. I will now contact BT. Beware.
