Claimed to be from Vodafone, but this number when I searched it seems to be car phone warehouse. tried to sell me new phone, claiming I'd been chosen specially. I told him not interested, he still persisted so I hung up. Blocked number now.
Received this call telling my broadband service was going to be disconnected and asked me to press a number to stop this happening. I immediately ended the call and contacted my broadband provider who assured me this was a scam call.

Strong foreign accent asking me to confirm my name and address. I asked where got his information from. He proceeded to tell me he was doing a survey on household appliances. I asked again where he got his information from as I am TPS registered and ex directory. Also told him that I do not appreciate being questioned by unsolicited phone calls. He said something along the lines of, "Oh, TPS, this won't happen again". Very hard to understand fully. Suspect some sort of scam.
