We had exactly the same situation happen as described above, Sarah Parker was incredibly aggressive and rude to both myself and my Director on numerous occassions when we tried to question her over her fictional invoice, when i asked to speak to her manager she hung up on me. This company calls me persistently, today I have had 3 calls, even though their number is blocked on my mobile and their calls are instantly disconnected. This leads me to believe they are using some automated calling app. I don t believe they are based in UK but are using UK numbers to give that impression.

When I refused to tell the man if I was a home owner or a tenant, he asked me to stop wasting his time and tell me if I was F...ING interested. He then called me an F...ING W..RE and said that he would make sure I had 10 nuisance calls to replace this one I should have answered. Whe I said "I beg your pardon" he told me to stop begging like a F...ING dog and to answer his F...ING questions. Who can I report this to in a more official capacity ? 101 ?

It is a legitimate call. when you ask for password or memorable word reset. they contact you to verify with a code to reset.

Person on the other end of the line said nothing but I could hear background noise (Office) and then hung up

We just had a call from these people. It was 10.05 am on Monday 22nd Sept. Cold call on our land line and we are registered with the TPS.

Did not answer call as number not in my contacts list. No message left on voicemail which is a bad sign. Tip if someone wants to get hold of you, they will leave a message, if no message, then either telemarketing or spam or scam callers

This number is from Fresh contacts , that use other numbers, that ask for same person, who is not me. They usually won t say who or what they are. But they keep on ringing for the last two years! Also, beware Solar Quote , who ask for the same name, who is not me!
