Same as below. Said i had agreed over the phone to advertise in a Safety book for schools. I never ok any advertising over the phone only email. I continued to question the female operator and she hung up.

I ve worked there, Sabrina is fit as faf btw. It s openreach who manage the lines perhaps if you took 20 seconds of your time to google that rather than vent your frustration online you d know that. Got to confirm you ve got a mobile for the call (£5 a month a discount.) You kept her on the line? you realize you re allowed to hang up. she s not. Scam? You ve got line rental and broadband with two different providers, it s the the 21st century, no one even does that anymore so how bad can a package be? Also
