Silent call. Number not recognised. Call screened to answering machine. No message, just silence. Probably yet more scumbag telesales scammers. Wish they would F off and die.
SCAM Identified themselves as "Credit Investigation Department". Very rude and threatening. Obvious scam.
SCAM this number calls and tries to get you to sign up for medical emergency devices like pendants. They tell you different excuses for their call like you had a medical appointment and now qualify for a few pendant with a huge one off service fee on over £150 that y they then say is for 12 months service which isn't a one off payment. They all for your card or direct debit details and when you tell them you think it's a scam they hang up on you.

text message with phone # attempting to procure my debit card information. The message asked if I spent a certain amount at a nearby supermarket I shop at. Then they send me a URL to contact. I put in the url and my computer warned me the site was fraudulent and looking for credit cards, bank info, social security numbers etc. The entire page went red and warned me to NOT give any info to these people. I am still going to call my bank tomorrow morning - Better to be safe than sorry.

When I asked who was calling, without giving my name, a lady said "good afternoon, how are you today?" I asked again who was calling. the lady said " your father" and hung up. It says this is Clearanswer, a marketing company and one of BTs partners.....comments from the general public seem to suggest otherwise. A very foreign voice suggested my BT contract was coming to an end. I don’t discuss new contracts with a cold caller. When I said it wasn’t due to be renegotiated she hung up...not the sort of thing a genuine person would do.
This number has made calls to my number and hung up when answered. Number DISPLAYED is 01736 312007 - but actual caller is 363062. I called back and was left to answer machine.

I do not have bt broadband - BT can not technically supply it on this old rural line. I get b/band via radio link frmo an idependent provider which has nothing to do with BT. Guy said he was from BT technical department! WHat rubbish. He even sent me a pin to agree computer access. I advised him he as a nasty little scammer adn then hung up.
