Man called - said his name was Sean Cruz - said he was from the Citizens Advice - got my details from the Office of Fair Trading. Said his address was 24 Lancashire!! I pressed him more, said his address was 24 Heather Ave, Lancashire, 208 001 Tried to get details out of me, I would not confirm anything. Told him I was registered with TPS and he should not be calling. He told me he s been getting away with these calls for years and TPS were useless. This company seems to call, fishing for people who have had a car accident! I think they get your number from temporary car insurance company s or comparison sites.

same as the previous comment. told them I m an independent phone retailer and that their number will be fowarded to the real 3 network. bam! hung up, never called again.

If you receive a cold call from an organisation you don t know, just take as many details as you can, even if it s just the number and time of call and report it the Information Commissioner s Office (ICO) via this link https://ico.org.uk/concerns/ If enough people do this these companies will be fined - sometime pushing them out of business - and we can all enjoy owning a private phone again.
