Claimed to be from credit card fraud department. Automated message saying a charge of over one hundred pounds has been made on my card from Amazon, also a foreign transaction of over one thousand pounds. Asked me to press buttons to authorise or talk to an advisor. Total scam.
Had a call from this number claiming to be from BT wanting to know my internet speed. Strong accent, Indian at a guest.
This number belongs to a foofing contractor. I can't remember the company name. I have been messaging him asking for an invoice for work he has done but he seems very reluctant to give me the invoice. I am trying to track down the company name.
Caller claimed to be representing blockchain.com claiming I had an account with them containing about £4,000.00 (I know that I have never had anything to do with cryptocurrency). I told them I knew this was a scam. They wouldn't stop pushing, so I played along a little. They then asked me to download Teamviewer. So they were either likely going to lock me out of my computer or attempt to steal my passwords. I gave the guy a serious roasting and hung up.

This number called my house phone at 6.44am. No one there when I answered.
It was a recording saying charged for amazon. I spoke to man on other side after I explained I was a woman not a man then the abuse I got was off the scale. Says from BT and there is problem with my broadband. When questioned caller rang off. Subsequently received email about my bill, which is not due yet. Suggest this is a scam.

Asked for a "Mr. Raymond"; when informed he had the wrong number, he requested my name to add to their caller registry. I declined, and he tried to tell me something about investing. I ended the call early by saying I had stuff to do. Overall the guy on the other end was very respectful and polite, and had a very mild Indian accent, so I think he might've been legit. Of note, however, is that my number is a Canadian number.

Think it’s a scammer on FB, has hacked into an account on there and pretending to be a widower living in Bedford. The phone is being used in the Preston area. I have blocked before he tries to extract money from me. He will not send current face photo with today’s date in his hand so I know it is a scammer. The FB profile hacked looks very American not Uk. Hope this helps.

Sales call / this is a call from SD of Verkada Limited - a tech company selling security cameras etc. It will likely be related to an email whereby it is suggested he will be "in your area" next week. Of course he doesn't know where you are and in the absence of matter-transportation will not be there. It's an unsolicited sales call and not very clever.
