This number is apparently used for telemarketing. The caller makes an unsolicited call (I do not know where did they take my number), says he is from "Trader Education", proposes to talk on financial markets, and would have proceeded to make marketing offers if he had not been refused and stopped by me.
I had no coverage and received message "You missed a call from me...". I call them back. This is a company, which is writing CVs for the money. I registered on CV Library for free opinion of my CV and they wanted me to pay for professional opinion.

Call from agent concerned that I hadn't claimed the compensation for my motor accident earlier this year. There was a compensation sum waiting from the third party who had hit me. I explained that was unlikely, who was the insurer and he replied Esure. I explained I collided with a hedge and he retorted that the hedge was insured... He put the phone down.

They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. But I am failing to see what the ‘purpose’ of this scam call is since i wasn’t asked for anything? Amazon said they will probably call later and ask for payment.
