This is a fraudulent scam number claiming to be from the bank. The pre-recorded message states that there has been fraudulent activity on your account.

Person who calls says they are Amy in Singapore. It shows here the person is in the North of England!!!!!

Automated call this call was a recorded message saying about bank security and that transactions have taken place if its not the case to press either 1 or 2. I've had so many of these and know it's a scam. My elderly brother went all the way through to speak to someone and realised at the last minute it was a scam so put the phone down but it worried him so much he rang his bank to make sure everything was alright. It was.

Another 'service' calling about my unresolved landlord repair. I returned their call to ask they remove my number. As I am a Housing Rights Worker for Shelter, I am well aware of how to get repairs actioned. They went silent when I explained this. Number came up as "The Graham Arms Inn". Caller claimed to represent Vodafone but was unable to tell me my name (I'm a Vodafone customer). When pressed for an answer he hung up.
