Had a Call from this number regarding Electrical system Insurance. When I said that I already had it, the female caller responded that it was with them, and because I had not claimed for three years they we going to reduce it from the current £180.00. Yet another fecking recorded caller in a robotic voice saying that " there has been a FRAUD ticket marked against you. If you do not press 1, then we will assume you want to be arrested and the police will come to your home and arrest you." Or something along those lines. Same crap, probably from the same office, same people (if you can call them that), on a different number. Just hang up on these wasters of Oxygen.

I ve been getting calls from this number on and off for a year and two things happen I answer and total silence or they attempt to make me buy a higher priced data pack and when I state that I don t need a higher priced data pack and even if I did I would just change it directly with their app they start getting more aggressive about it. I answered this call and it was from a local O2 upgrades team. They explained they had my information as I had opted in to allow marketing calls from O2 but not 3rd parties. I ve since changed to opt out but did upgrade with them as they were very helpful and offered me a really good deal I couldn t get through my local store. Hope this helps others :-)
