When asked the caller couldn t tell me the address of the company although eventually said it was Erskine House in Clydebank but she didn t know the street etc. I did ask how she found her way to work but the answer was that she walked! Apparently there was "funding available" and when asked who funded it she said "scrappage windows".

At 1050 30 October 2013 I received a call from a male calling himself "Keith" saying he was from Santander Bank and he wanted to talk to me about my account. Claims to be from BT internet and says your internet has been hacked. Will spend over a hour with you on the phone getting you to check your internet security, but while you are doing this they are hacking into your internet and taking all the money from your bank and putting it into a western union account!
