I received a text message (on my mobile) apparently from TalkTalk confirming the date for an engineers visit. As I hadn't booked a call, I rang from a withheld number to cancel the booking. I was kept hanging on the phone by the operator who told me my account had been locked by the previous operator and she couldn't access the details. She kept me hanging on a long time while someone else managed to access my bank account via my home telephone (there was no one home at the time), changed my login details a

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 16181423xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with pensions, PPI, claims marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Guys did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

Case debt management, told me they were calling about secured and unsecured debts (Clearly they do not know The difference between the two of these) and did i have any credit cards or loans? Told them i didn t and could they take me off the list. Guy was then really sarcastic and loud down the phone at me. I m registered with tps but they get round it by using mobile numbers. Scumbags. This number called my mobile then disconnected after 2 rings. I called it back and an automated voice in an irritating American accent said "Hi. Thanks for calling. Please hold while we connect you". After hearing this for 5 times in quick succession, I hung up and blocked the number. I'm guessing a spam or scam caller.
