Housing disrepair call center ( solicitors ). Told them weeks back to take me off their database. However, they've still called twice from different phone numbers

This call was made from an extremely noisy office, where the background noise was so loud that I had real trouble hearing the person on the line. They offered to call back - and did so, but about an hour later. They said they were calling from my phone company about an upgrade, but when I asked them to confirm which phone company, the caller got very annoyed (raised voice) and defensive - and most importantly, couldn't tell me which phone provider asked them to call.
This is a scam automated call with a false notification of fraudulent use being made of Amazon account.

Called me twice this morning on my mobile. No message left. If I don't know the number I don't answer, if they are human and want me they will leave a message, if not it's a machine checking to see if I'll answer so they know they have a valid number. Whatever they were trying to sell me hasn't worked and I'm happy about that at least. Number blocked.
Suspected automated scam phone call. Claiming to be Amazon confirming purchase of Iphone 13 on my account. Says if you didn't order stay on the line no doubt you get though to someone asking for account/bank details. I just ended call and blocked. My Amazon account does not have this order on it so all okay.

They called claiming to be 3 Mobile and wanted me to upgrade to a new contract when I only just renewed my contract with the real 3 Mobile a couple of months back and my existing contract is locked for another 10 months. 01376 333376 - This is the number for F R Shadbolt and Sons Ltd, they're based in Braintree and make doors they have a whopping pension deficit hidden away in the notes of their accounts so unless they're asking for money to help I don't think there's much to worry about!
A guy with a strong eastern accent, called Jason, phoned me claiming to be from BT, claiming that my Internet address had become visible to everyone and that people would try to scam me. He wanted me to open Google but I said I couldn't. It felt like a scam of some sort.
