Text message saying unusual payment request on my HSBC account and to click on a link to confirm payment, I've never even banked with HSBC.
SCAM So I got this phone call guy with american accent prob fake accent. new my name and said my washing machine insurance cover was about to expire and I been selected for a discount . Instead of usual 1 year direct debit if i go for 2 years up front I will get 1 year free lol. he actualy said was from domestic and general. SPAM. The caller asked how I was enjoying my boiler and central heating. I didn’t give her any chance to enter into a sales patter but just told her that I already had a local plumber and that any thoughts of selling me of her wares was destined for failure. Surprisingly the young Scottish lady crumbled and accepted her lot!

This is a company called www.ppiclaimine.com. They have a freephone number 0800 0783542 which took me an age to track down. The person who has been harassing me for 2-years now is well spoken but with a potty mouth when challenged. Please keep on calling this number (it s free and you have nothing to lose). We need to fight back against these scammers.
