We were awaiting a phone call from our GP. This number rang and when we called back it said there would be a charge to connect if we dialled 3. The number was dead!!! We can only hope we have not been charged.
On checking with O2 the above number and caller WAS a genuine call from O2. Apologies O2.

If I don't press 1 or not get in touch with an 'officer' a warrant will be issued immediately and they'll come and arrest me right now!!! Several seconds after I answered the call, a man, with Indian accent, told me he was calling from British Telecom about my phone connection. Told him we weren't their customers & I didn't believe him before hanging up on him.
