operative with indian subcontinent accent purporting to be from BT Open - said problem with router and offering to speed up connection.
This number phoned 3 times within 2 hours first 2 times I didn't get to the phone 3rd time I managed to get there and I got a mumbled voice message i didn't understand...

I suspect this was a scam/Fraud attempt, a recorded message stated something like..."Crime Investigation, your National Insurance Number and Bank Account are suspended because of a criminal investigation..." Hung up.
