A scam call (standard visa dept suspicious payments scam) told me his name is Oliver Reed and I should call 02081447612 which he said was the number for "Nat West Anti Fraud Dept." I checked, it isn't. So I suspect the number is to the third-level scam master.
was called saying money was spent on my amazon account card details for £3399.99 was it me I said no he said I will put you through to someone else I said forget it and went straight to my amazon account to see if an order was made no orders made I may be 75 yrs but not going to get scammed I rang the number back and you just get a high pitched sound after ring tone .
They are trying to get your details via an email - the company is DC Law its a trading style of Dorling Cottrell Ltd

The company is called Fresh Start and was warned about this company calling fron 0161 numbers. They re main purpose is to obtain your bank details, under no circumstances get in to a conversation with these people. they will rob you blind.

I asked who they represent and she said they work with a number of companies. I asked what her organisation was and she told me she'd get a manager to ring back in the next half hour. I tried to book a room at The Principal Oxford Spires Hotel, Abingdon Road, OX1 4PS, Oxford and called a number 08448542910 indicated on their website. I had to call twice as there was an automated telephone service and no one was able to answer my phone calls. Last month I saw a charge of 1.38 GBP plus VAT on my phone bill!! What a wrong way to make money!! Looks like the hotel is doing that badly so they have to charge potential customers to simply book a room. According to the reviews on the above number
