I was called by this number at 08:18 this morning by someone claiming to be "Amazon Prime" (recorded message) and invited to be transferred to cancel a subscription ('press 1'). The person then asked for my details and, when questioned, told me that it is not possible to contact Amazon directly or my bank over this. The conversation stank so I discontinued the call.

Called twice in two days, claimed to be named "Alice" the first time (unlikely, given her heavy Indian accent), claimed to be from BT Openreach. We use a VOIP system so I put the phone down. Second time, gave no name but claimed to be calling from "[y]our electricity provider". I asked her which one, she took a stab at EDF (wrong), so I told her to do her homework better and put the phone down again. I checked the phone number and it was the same both times 02031295

Got a call very early in the morn, early for me that is, so I was half a sleep, from a man with a Northern Irish Accent from 03002003884 asking about corporation tax payable, he knew many details including my turn over, he asked me to confirm my date of birth and address, I did this, all of this is of course available on the Company's House website. Scam pretending to be HMRC threatening arrest for not paying tax. If in doubt check HMRC's website and they state; "HMRC will never: •leave a voicemail threatening legal action •call threatening arrest" If this happens report it, it is a malicious and stress inducing scam

SCAM this number is sending out texts that are a potential scam - just received a message purporting to be from one of my sons. On checking with this website I find this number is in Manchester Uk, as was the number they asked me to WhatsApp. My son, on the other hand is nowhere even close to the Uk.
Had a voicemail from this no. (very scripted). Northern Gas & Power trying to sell energy. I don't think it's a scam (and if legit their reviews on trustpilot seem reasonable). That said it was an unsolicited sales call, and I don't look after the gas and electricity anyway!
