I had a call from 0161 524 5263 but the caller rang off before I could get to my phone. Within seconds the phone rang again, this time showing 020 4538 7049. I thought it all must be some sort of scam so didn't answer and no messages were left.
SCAM saying that they are from HMRC that if I don’t press ‘1’ the police will come arrest me So haven’t pressed anything and I’m sitting here awaiting for the police to arrive Plus they called on the works number and my true name isn’t registered on this phone

Had a call at approximately 11.10pm that sounded fraudulent. Have a close relative in hospital with a severe heart condition so have been waiting by the phone for urgent news of their status. We have never had a call of this nature on our landline or at this hour and due to the circumstances it has caused enormous and unnecessary distress. Overwhelmed as i write this.

I rang them back with fack name they sujested so i went with it, was on the phone for 21mins before they noticed i was wasting their time. The already had this Sam fellows details on file so i asked if they had big breasts and no the number is off line

SCAM Claimed she was "'Yennifer' from 'Wirgin' media technical department"! Woman had very 'thick' 'Indian'-style accent. She said "oh, oh, oh," when I said I was busy & I would ring Virgin later. She'd done the "How are you this morning?", like a lot of the phone scams do. Nothing was said about security questions! Suspect this was another scam call.
Call every hour from 7am till 12am, 7 days a week...!! Bloody annoying idiots...!!

Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty.
