My phone displayed "Swansea" - Since I don t know anyone from here, apart from DVLA - I did not answer it because the only company from Swansea that I know is the DVLA, plus it came up on my mobile number which is registered with TPA.

A man with a very strong accent (difficult to understand) spoke about iPhones. I asked where he got my number from and he said 'from your provider, Vodaphone'. I'm not with Vodaphone so I told him that's untrue and he must be lying. He then proceeded to call me a liar - twice! Bizarre phone call. Potentially trying to gain personal data. Blocked.

Call center, sounds like the guy was from Africa. Denies trying to sell me something, wants to ask questions about online investment. Doesn't hang up for most of the usual tactics, but gets abusive. Fun to play with, though, if you have the time.

RECEIVED A SILENT PHONE CALL THIS MORNING 23 OCT 2019 - WANTED TO REPORT IT TO BT BUT HAD TO FIND OUT IF IT WAS A SCAM PHONE CALL FIRST. I can t really say that this number is NOT TRUSTWORTHY, as if you want a lower gas/electric tariff, it may just be in your interest to answer the call, but if you are happy with your supplier, just answer the fone & let them know that you are happy with your service & they ll take your name off the ring list.
