This number has called repeatedly for months now. Alarm bells ring for me as there are no 01769 (South Molton) numbers which begin with a '7', so I do not answer.
They claim to be from Microsoft Reading Headquarters. They claim that you have several viruses and they will fix them by asking you for access to your computer. A complete scam and fraud.

Guy introduce himself saying he was contacting me as i was on a list to receive a refund due to bank charges. He asked me lots of questions about who ive had loans from and who ive had credit cards with. They try and get you to talk about some incident they can help you with, but I don t they have any real data. When I asked again where she got the data from, she hung up.
