DO NOT ANSWER - Scam call from an Asian call centre, openly admitting to charging a premium rate for connecting your call. They begin the conversation stating they are a government scheme aimed at helping pay back loans etc. I received racial abuse from the caller while trying to get information out of him. Have checked all phone records to see if any charges have come through but none as yet, but am unaware if the included minutes have covered this somehow. BLOCK & REPORT.

I politely told him that I had told his "National Consumer Survey" that I wasn t really interested in taking part but - as I always do - wished him a good shift. Female caller from Albion Assured asking to speak to my husband about the collision he had in his car. Told her he had not had one, her response was "not even in the last two years" I said no and she hung up.

I have this number blocked as I never answer unknown numbers. Perhaps these people need to try productive employment rather than annoying people with their valueless crap.

Called me. I answered then the caller hung up. Called number back to see who called and the number came back as not recognised.

This company is fake the real Acosta is in the USA and they don t cold call and there are looking into fraudulent use of there company name I had to phone Florida to report these calls!

They also use another number as soon as you tell them to go away in short, sharp jerky movements ( that s f off in Enlgish lol! ). The other number they use is 002079460172 - tell them to go away as well if you get them folks and tell them you re Pakistani just for added effect - does the trick! :)

First call. I can t find them on companies house. Was a survey about a recent RTA then they can close my claim down. He was adiment it wasn t a nuisance call. I asked him who my insurer was. He couldn t answer funny how he was calling on behalf of them. Terminated the call and is now on my block list.

15 Nov 2021 - This caller told me the call was to review my life insurance but couldn't tell me the organisation my policy was with. I blocked this number.Reply
