Windows error scam. Called and woke me up first thing. Told them to never phone again . Second call from same number a few minutes ago. Now reported to authorities.

Allegedly from BT however hung up when i asked for the information to be emailed (i didn t give any information). Checked with BT, this was not a call from them. It s a scam.

I have had numerous calls from this person/company over the last few days. When I answer, they put the phone down, they never leave a message and when I called them back, I got an annoying automated message of the person on extension ..... (Some long random number) is not available. I have rated them untrustworthy as I find this very odd. What kind of reputable company doesn t have a voicemail message FIRST stating the company name? This number and the previous numbers used are allocated to etctelecom ltd so they may be behind these calls or could do something about them. Try complaining via their website http://etctelecom.co.uk/contact/. Also obviously complain to the ICO also as they do not appear to have enough yet.

It's a company called First Contact by Utilita. I was called on my mobile and they hung up. A return call revealed they were a call centre and I have now blocked the number.

Called no message left. When I returned the call a real person answered alleging they were from HMRC. The call had very noisy background which sounded like a call centre. I immediately hung up the call.

Call Guardian blocked this caller. I returned the call on my mobile which was answered by "Calls UK" "customer services" (on a mobile number?!). Apparently we have a "policy" re: nuisance calls and we will be contacted again. I said we don t wish to be contacted again and, in fact, our "policy" is rubbish. She then hung up on me. Obviously a scam = blocked.

No idea why they called me. I wouldn t offer my details to a random caller asking for them so they wouldn t say why they are calling. My advice is to challenge their claim who they are. Websites, letters and phone calls prove nothing. They ll soon go away if they re not getting anywhere.

Pain in the arse not answering

I was interrupted by the same people calling again with their recorded message, telling me someone was waiting to speak to me. They can carry on waiting. After identifying this as another nuisance call - the second today - I hung up.
