Asian man said he was from ee and that he could give me deal of new phone,unlimited calls, phone and text for £10pm so I would not have to pay 2 amounts next month. Fraud tried to say I had £900 debit charge shopping when I don't use online banking or shopping and never have.
Known scam 0845 and 0843 numbers call for a second or two. They rely on you to call back as the number looks official. You are then played a recorded message that is designed to keep you on the line as the call is charged at over a £1 per minute. So you end up paying for the scam and your phone company probably won't help as you made the call willingly.

Phone rang twice then cut off.On checking with BT to block this number they couldn't show that it had called
SPAM Person asked for a name that I have never heard of. I told him sorry, wrong number. He said "that's fine, what's your name please?" I said he doesn't need my name as he has called the wrong number and he got mad at me telling me that I'm rude and should tell him name. I hung up.
