They keep calling for someone who has not lived at this address for 37yrs

Silent call deemed to be a scam call after checking on internet sites so number blocked.

Missed call from 07529631402 on my 'spare' phone that I only use for online word games and whose number I have only given to O2 during a top-up to maintain the £5 monthly bundle. No one else should know the phone number, unless it has been recycled from a while ago (who knows how long that might be?) or the call may have originated from a phone dialler which was just workjng its way through a sequence.

When you answer your phone and if it s a number you don t recognise, DON T SPEAK JUST LISTEN! Wait for the caller to speak first and then decide whether to simply put the phone down. If it s a recorded message, it ll nearly always be a scam or a computer dialling a batch of numbers in sequence and trying to assertain if the number they have just dialled is a voice line. i.e. a private phone number. ps or ts services saying they are not a sales call and are ringing about new government legislation so you can get your dept wrote off. Its a scam, this is the 10th different number to call me saying the same rubbish. Another number added to the block list.

Continually recieve calls from this number - call goes dead when answered.

I was called by an indian man with poor command of the english language claiming they were from a lifestyle company or such like and also had my full name and address, and they said they had obtained this information from a free database, once I said I wasnt prepared to answer any questions they hung up. Blocked.

Carphone warehouse. Constantly calling on variety of numbers. So annoying. When I do answer a different number and it's them again, I am very short with them.

Man,indian accent, said he was from BT and that my PC was infected with virus's. He was able to fix it, by adjustments, by him over the phone. I rang off.
