Same problem. Surely someone should be able to stop people like this cold calling.

Calling on behalf of energy company from before we moved house, they completely messed up our bills and payments, agreed to wipe arrears when we moved and now being harassed by lcs via phone and texts weekly. I just block and ignore as we have a letter stating arrears have been cleared which lcs dont seem interested in.
