Number withheld, Asian accent difficult to understand, said she was doing a survey, said I was on TPS = she said it didn t apply to them, avoided questions, asked how she got my name = electoral register, asked for her number said she was using a computer not a telephone!!! asked for her address = she hung up. 4 Dec 2014

Received a phone call on my mobile from this number so googled the number and found loads on comments regarding this number. I have now blocked the number !

No one on the line when I answered first time and they left no message on the second call when I let it go to the machine.

Re 01642373357 Received call saying they were conducting a survey on behalf of Bath & North East Somerset Council. I do a lot of work for the council and was surprised. I said Really, that s unusual. But go ahead . Caller mumbled we re a market research company and then hung up. I have let the council know as I have no idea what they were looking for but it clearly is not a legitimate company.

Recorded voice claimed to be from the mastercard department of your bank about a transaction from my account to a foreign country . A prompt to press 1 to confirm or stop this transaction. Totally bogus phishing call.

Well me and my fiance got scammed at £485, the callers number was trustworthy as it was a london number 02032897259. They said the first installment was at £195 and then the money would be transferred, then they said for us that tax was holding the money and will be given to us when £580 was transferred so i said i cant afford it and they said if half is given then we ll make sure it goes through, they were very persuasive and i believed them so i gave them another £290 which was our food money and utility
